We are aiming for a family friendly event so that it opens attendance opportunities for more of our community. We have listed some information below to assist with your planning. Whilst children are unable to attend the conference sessions, we hope the alternatives below are suitable. Family Room
There will be a smaller room that will have live audio and presentation slides streaming from the plenary sessions. We encourage those with children accompanying them to utilise this space. Novotel Twin Waters also have child minding services available onsite.
Accommodation
Novotel Twin Waters Resort has rooms of different sizes and bedding configurations making it possible for families of all sizes to stay – from a Resort Room for yourself and child, to a Two Bedroom Apartment that can sleep up to 8, Novotel is a great option to ensure your family is comfortable. Kidz Cove at Novotel Twin Waters
Whether you’re attending the symposium, a social function, or just want some time to yourself, Kidz Cove has your childcare and babysitting needs covered. Kidz Cove will take care of your little ones in our special activity room or in the comfort & privacy of your own room, so the whole family can relax and enjoy themselves. The Kidz Cove team are thoroughly screened, trained, qualified in First Aid and CPR, have Blue Cards, and most importantly come with loads of childcare experience.
Please note: Parents must inform staff of any allergies or medication. Children must wear sunscreen and a hat to all day sessions. Morning & afternoon tea provided.
Cancellations: A fee of 50% may be charged for a session cancelled with less than 3 hours prior notice.
