The symposium organisers and committee have worked hard to secure appropriate accommodation for all attendees at the symposium venue. Each room type below lists possible room configurations, we hope this will improve your booking experience.
Bookings can be made during the registration process. All rates are in AUD. Room rates are not inclusive of breakfast.
Rollaway Bedding
A maximum of 1 x rollaway bed is permitted to be added to a One Bedroom Apartment or a Two Bedroom Apartment. A rollaway bed will incur a fee of $60 (per additional adult). We encourage student groups and families to consider this cost effective option. Please see below for occupancy costs per room.
Upon making your booking, please clearly state in the ‘Special Requirements’ section if you require a rollaway bed.
Credit Card Authority
The credit card authority form is only required if the accommodation booking is being paid with a credit card in a name other than the guest.
The entered credit card will be charged for one night’s accommodation 45 days prior to check-in if an authority form is not used. The remaining amount of the booking will be charged upon check-in.
Children
Children under 15 do not incur the additional occupancy fee unless roll away bedding is requested – then a rollaway change will be added per night.

This room type is 29m2 and can be booked as:

Important Note: A room with an occupancy of 2 will not incur an additional fee. The room rate charged will be $159 AUD per night.
A room with an occupancy of 3 will incur an additional fee of $60 per night. The room rate charged will be $219 AUD per night.

Resort Room with Lagoon View
This room type is 29m2 and can be booked as:
- Queen Bed
- Queen + Double Fold Out Sofa

Important Note: A room with an occupancy of 2 will not incur an additional fee. The room rate charged will be $189 AUD per night.
A room with an occupancy of 3 will incur an additional fee of $60 per night. The room rate charged will be $249 AUD per night.

One Bedroom Suite with Garden View
This room can be booked as:
- King Bed + Double Fold Out Sofa
- 2 x Single Beds + Double Fold Out Sofa

Occupancy: 2, 3 or 4
Important Note: A room with an occupancy of 2 will not incur an additional fee. The room rate charged will be $259 AUD per night.
A room with an occupancy of 3 will incur an additional fee of $60 per night. The room rate charged will be $319 AUD per night.
A room with an occupancy of 4 will incur an additional fee of $60 x 2 ($120) per night. The room rate charged will be $379 AUD per night.
***This room allows for 1 x rollaway bed to be added. If a rollaway is required, you will need to make specific note of this at the time of booking.

Two Bedroom Suite with Garden View
Two-Bedroom Suites are a combination of a One-bedroom Suite and adjoining Resort Room Twin with dual key connecting main external door.
This room can been booked as:
- King Bed + Queen Bed + Single Bed + Double Fold Out Sofa

- Balcony/Patio
- Kitchenette with microwave
- Bath
- Fridge
Occupancy: 4 to 8
Important Note: A room with an occupancy of 4 will not incur an additional fee. The room rate charged will be $409 AUD per night.
A room with an occupancy of 5 will incur an additional fee of $60 per night. The room rate charged will be $469 AUD per night using existing bedding.
A room with an occupancy of 6 will incur an additional fee of $60 x 2 ($120) per night. The room rate charged will be $529 AUD per night using existing bedding.
A room with an occupancy of 7 will incur an additional fee of $60 x 3 ($180) per night. The room rate charged will be $589 AUD per night using existing bedding.
A room with an occupancy of 8 will incur an additional fee of $60 x 4 ($240) per night. The room rate charged will be $649 AUD per night and will include a rollaway bed.
