The 38th Australasian Polymer Symposium Co-Convenors, in consultation with the RACI Polymer Division, have decided to postpone 38APS in light of the global Coronavirus situation and in the interest of the health and safety of delegates, speakers, sponsors and staff.

This difficult decision comes after the announcement by the Australian Federal Government who advised against all non-essential indoor gatherings of more than 100 people.

We appreciate that this is a disappointing outcome for those that were planning to travel to the Blue Mountains in November 2020, but the health and wellbeing of our community is paramount.

The RACI Polymer Division will be communicating with you all in the future regarding the rescheduling of 38APS, which is likely to take place in 2022. The 17th Pacific Polymer Conference will be held in Brisbane from 28th November – 2nd December in 2021, further information regarding this will be sent in the coming months.
